I don't even know what genre or company Diaster: Day of Crisis falls under. Matter of fact I thought it was cancelled shortly after they announced that Project H.A.M.M.E.R was cancelled.

[/QUOTE]I think it's a survivor / shooter game. It's made by Monolith Soft now a 1st party studio to Nintendo.
So Nintendo is making a shooter game? I'd ask ''Since when does Nintendo make shooters?'' but I KNOW how they would respond ;)
Its good to hear that at least we should be getting this game in 08, maybe late in the year but this year all the same. Hopefully it will be no more than a month though between the Japanese release to a NA release, epecially since I dont think this game will fly in Japan. It is sort of like Metroid, its just not thier type of title.

Awesome. :)I've been really curious how this game turns out. To call it a divergence from Nintendo's usual fare is rather an understatement. Glad to hear it's on track.
It won't be good. It's obvious that Nintendo isn't paying it any attention and is pulling their usual stunt of ''bu bu we wanted it to succeed, bu bu it didn't and we don't know why even though we didn't advertise it at all!!!!''Nintendo doesn't put effort behind anything that's not made by Miyamoto.

I'm thinking november in US for this game. They'll want some holiday hits. As long as it ain't a rushed job I think it'll be solid.

oh sweet... I thought this game was no even close to be release... like TC said: at least holidays...thx for the news... maybe it would be here (NA and also EU :) ) by fall.
I'm still kinda hoping it's like Super Paper Mario in the sense that it just kinda crept up and despite coming randomly out of the woodworks, it was still a pretty decent game.
This would be my exact feelings if a NA release date was set.
The thing i love about Disaster day of Crisis is Nintendo is making a slightly darker game.
i hope nintendo releases more videos for the game if not ill just check utube after its released in japan
i got january 29th date 2008 in mazon UK. SO japan date = fake. Info always comes first.
