I liked the original, i wonder how much they're going to improve on part 2.The Elebits are back -- Elebits 2 confir ...
Sweet. Maybe this time it won't feel like a tech demo. The Elebits are back -- Elebits 2 confir ...
Not surprising. Never played the first one so I don't know much about the series. Is it really good or just OK?
Are you freakin serious that's great. But there are flaws that they NEED to fix.- framerate drops in big areas- crappy voice acting- noise limit and black Elebits killed the fun- challenges easier to unlock, eternal mode too.- physics were too floaty... the heavier objects were the most floaty, not right.- Graphics were a bit too plain... got the job done but still could be more. But man that's great news. Another game in my list to get.
There were definetly some flaws with the first game, but all in all, it still was a great experience and was the first game to perfect the Wii Remote as a gun. People, get excited!
thought the first one was innovative but it was indeed flawed and repetitivebeat it in two days then traded it in

Yeah i only rented it, but if this one improves on the flaws of the first i might buy it.
You told me it was great and yet I get 6 dramatic flaws?
Yeah the only big flaw is that the black Elebits killed the fun but that wasn't in all stages. The rest isn't a big deal but are still flaws.

The voice acting is only there for a total of about 2 minutes of the game. The noise limits and black Elebits didn't kill the fun, I disagree with m_machine there. The challenges weren't that bad to unlock. The physics and graphics I agree with. Overall, that's 2 big complaints, 1 complaint, and 1 nit pick. The game was a lot of fun and these flaws are really easily overlooked. It's the best FPS on the Wii, IMO (if you count Elebits as an FPS).
So just keep the formula that the original Elebits had with minor adjustments on challenges, and improve the graphics and frame rate issues?

But that's just a nitpick.

I liked in the first stages to throw around objects to discover Elebits without worrying to hit a black one. That's where to me the immersion of the game was but with the black Elebits or noise limit, I gotta to limit myself to not mess up. I like to make the whole place a mess without worrying about anything. Damn black Elebits.:x
haven't played the original, but I want to try it.

I will just add that... many people complain about the replaybility of the game but really it was full of it. Unlocking the modes were a pain in the ass through with the pink or purple Elebits. We could also unlock unlimited items which was cool but still hard. And the challenges modes were great. And there's the level editor also.

Yes, you can die in the game.

Once they're squashed they're basically harmless, and if you get invincibility, sucking them up does no damage to you and just removes them from the level. On a seperate note, I wouldn't object to a new multiplayer option. How about this: everyone has a certain amount of health, and other people go around vacuuming the other people's health away. You can pick up object to block the suction or use it to smack people around and drain their energy. Capturing Elebits can restore some life too.
Awesome. I'm about halfway through the original game right now, I just wish I would have played it sooner. And I've made many rune goldberg machines. Great fun ^_^
Yea I still have the first one, haven't finished it quite yet, on like level 29. The framerate problem happened occasionally, but wasn't that big a deal. Some things could be less floaty, but I think there was an option to edit that... The game is a lot of fun, entertaining, and definitely innovative. I'm anxious to see what they'll do with the 2nd game.
I believe they made it floaty on purpose, so that you could throw something into the air, and catch it easy.
