Did you go into the options and set up the game? Constuct your sentences better.
Adjust your sensor bar. Put it on the top or bottom of the tv. The issue is your setup not the game.

and i already did that
make sure the batteries are fresh. See if the sensitivity on the wii sensor bar only shows two dots. Also do the calibration correctly.

And saved those settings? Still doesn't work? Your Wii is properly set-up for bottom of top sensing bar, right? If the Wiimote works fine in the Wii menu, then it is not the system it is the game. If it's the game, you need to recalibrate. When the target shows in a corner (in the calibration screen) you shoot it, it should go Top Left, Bottom Right, then shoot off screen. Exit the menu, enter the game. It should work perfect.
