How do you charge the Wiimote?

As you can tell I am new to the Wii. I have been debating buying one for awhile now. I used the search and I didn't come up with anything about it. I also went to the stickied topic about all the facts for the Nintendo Wii and I couldn't find it there. So if I missed it in my research on here, I apologise. So on to the question, how do you charge the Wiimote? Any information would be very much appreciated. How do you charge the Wiimote?
By default, you don't. The Wiimote uses standard AAs. You could however purchase a third-party charger pack, or simply use some rechargable AAs (NiMHs are recommended). How do you charge the Wiimote?
Alright, thank you for that information.
Buy the Nyko Charge Station, you can charge two at a time and it's only $25, Or you can just keep buying double AA batteries

Once the batteries die you'll have to buy another charge station.Buy Energizer rechargables. I've only heard good things about them (including my own words ;)).
Buy the charging dock...you can charge two at a time.buying batteries repeatedly can get expensive and frustrating, especially if you play alot.
Unless you work for longs and can get many packs for the price of a few xD
if you want to save money do what I did.....buy a battery charger on ebay as well as good long lasting high voltage rechargable battieries.

Okay, the TC is hearing two things - Buy a Charge Station and buy re-chargeable batteries....I'll tell you right now, stay away from Charge Stations, the charge amount dies down in a not so long amount of time, which means you'll have to buy another Charge Station.Re-chargeable batteries are cheaper and seem to last a lot longer than the Charge Station batteries. You can also find some that re-charge in just 15 minutes, so if you don't have a set ready to go, just pop them in the charger, get a bite to eat, and you're ready to go again.

You dont. Unless you buy the battery pack for it.(Available at a videogame retailer near you!!!:D:D:D)

Totally. the energizer batteries and charger have been next to awsome in supplying me with seemingly endless playtime on the Wii. I even went ahead and bought MORE rechargeable energizer batteries to power my other devices.PM me or something if you want to know what brand or the like to use. I'm not exactly sure if I can talk about it here so I'll stray away from mentioning anythingOn another note, I've seen that Nyki or Nyko charge station and batteries or whatever they're called up close and personal. It looks dorky, stupid, and totally unreliable. and from what I've heard that's just what it is.
hey, the Nyko works fine for me.it charges from empty FAST and it lasts a long time.Plus, the charging batteries have a grip handle that is nice, i guess. And it has a really long power cord for no apparent reason...

Thanks for all the information everyone. It just so happens that I have two energizer rechargeable batteries in my desk drawer, all I need is the charger and I will have this situation worked out if I decide to buy a Wii. Thanks again.
