It's released in Europe officially on the 11th of April. Some people have received it early. It happens.
It happens with quite a few games. Super Mario Galaxy and Halo 3 are recent games that come to mind that were leaked. This could be someone from a store that has got copies of said game, or a super stealth ninja that likes games and breaks into this big companies to copy their games. Then to show how awesome he is as a ninja, releases the game on the net, and has the companies wondering ''WTF? When did we have a break in?''Yeah, one of those things, but maybe the latter example is a little too much.
