One thing I never understood about Metro ...

How does Samus fit into the Morph Ball?It may be possible that she could squeeze into the small shape, but that would seem rather uncomfortable, and could possibly injure her.I've also read a theory that she turns into pure energy when forming the Morph Ball, hence why there is a band of light between the two halves of the Morph Ball.Thoughts on this issue? One thing I never understood about Metro ...
I like the energy ideaThen her armor breaks down into the ball shape. One thing I never understood about Metro ...
I thought about that too... I never understood why.
Then, what would happen if you break her armor while she's a morph ball? o_O
Then, what would happen if you break her armor while she's a morph ball? o_O
We can only imagine.:oNow here's another question: How can Samus see while she's in her Morph Ball?

i tend not to question that. :D

She trained in yoga of course.

samus's body shrinks when she is in the morph ball. and her sholders on the armor become the ball
Ah. The wonders of a sci-fi game. =)If it made lots of sense it would be more drama.

That's kind of how Metroid is sometimes''

Because the robot you play as is similar to a Transformer (joke!)Never thought of it. I guess she's just super-flexible.
I never thought the ball was that small. It's about a meter in diameter so just her curling up should be enough. Then the shoulder pieces cocoon her.
My guess is that she doesn't see at all but rather uses vibrations to tell where she's going.
It could be possible. But really,it's almost like she has a being watching over her, planning out her every movement.
It beleive it's called the morph-ball, rather than ''fetal-position-ball'' or ''fold-up-into-a-ball'' for a reason. Samus actually morphs to go into the ball, meaning her biological structure changes.
now that you say it, it seems kinda weird.
Well, when we reach a point in time where we have technology available to us like Samus' suit, I can only imagine what we could do with it....even if it is Chozo technology.Listen to us, we sound like a bunch of nerds right now.
