Diddy Kong RacingKonami Crazy RacersMegaman Racing (???)Homie RollerzCrash Team RacingM%26M's Racing (I'm not looking up the correct title)The list goes on and on. With the success of the first Mario Kart came some of the most shameless rip-offs off all time. It's inescapable. This happens with almost every franchise that even gets a second glance. (See: war titles, Wii shovelware, crappy sequels.) What offends me the most is that these people actually make money off of their endeavors. Stop giving these people money everyone. Look up the game in question and make sure it wasn't released a year ago with a different name. Quad bike game steals from Mario Kart DS

I smell a lawsuit. Why did it sound like someone farting throughout the whole video?
In response to Diddy Kong racing, At least they tried some new things in that game and though it was a rip-off, they didn't try to hide it and they at least did a pretty good job on it. The DS version is just pointless. Stay away.
I couldn't watch the video for some reason. The picture looked like a rip-off though.
lol... that's pretty funny to say the least... especially when the announcer said, ''second lap'' in that weird voice. I stopped watching there :P
Goes to show that these birdmen can't do it quite right
It's quite typical in the game business to copy from other games and to take advantage of great stuff created by others.A lot of companies have tryed Mario Kart similar titles and we can't blame them for that BUT that TRACK in that game is a copy of a seccion of a Mario Kart track!! The woden section, the rock arcs! At least they could had placed some signs ''This track is a tribute to Mario Kart'' to avoid legal problems. In defense of Diddy Kong Racing (N64), it's also a Nintendo game (even if made by good old Rare) and differs from MK64 with it's ''adventure game'' theme, bosses, vehicles and open world seccion. I really loved the boss races and the airplane races, it really gave tracks a new feel, Nintendo added bikes to mario kart Wii, lets hope planes are next :)
