What if they.....

Made a remake of Ocarina of time with the Twilight Princess Engine for the Wii, with your choice of GC controller or Wiimote controls??????Of course, by remake I mean update the graphics, textures, models, and all that, higher resolution, and maybe throw in some extras, but I would like them to keep the game as close to the original as possible, maybe throw in a master quest mode as well. But, a big question is this, which Link would you want to see, An upgraded version of the ocarina of time one, or the one in TP, they are different btw, go look at pics, in ocarina of time he had a different hair style and most noticably, a lot more brighter yellowie looking hair color. What if they.....
No, it's a game already playable on the platform, there's no need.We do not need remakes for games that are already playable on the systemWhat if they.....
No, it's a game already playable on the platform, there's no need.We do not need remakes for games that are already playable on the system
The TC is clearly just asking a hypothetical question for curiosity's sake. That said, I'd go with TP Link.
I'd actually love to see a remake with a new engine and controls, never thought about it before. They should keep the Link from OoT, it'd be weird with the Link from TP even though I prefer that game's art style. It wouldn't be a necessary remake, but it'd be cool. Now what would happen if they remade Mario 64....?
I'd rather have a new one with Fierce Dieties Link :D

I want an Ocarina of time remake but for nintendo's next next console
i like the OoT Link model better. the TP link i found looked like a wuss (and compared to OoT link...he was)
TP Link is my favourite designI definitely don't want an OoT remake though, or at least not yet. The Wii needs a 100% new exclusive Zelda.

I really think they should leave such a classic alone. The game already rocks so hard with the original art and everything, I don't think there's really a need to go back and re-image it or anything.
I would love to see Nintendo do something similarly, visually/image-wise, with Zelda like they showed at SpaceWorld in 2000. PicsVideoTo me, this looks like the best of both worlds. OoT mixed with a little of the TP game. Seems perfect, I wish they would revive this game's 'look'.
I think the last thing we need esp from Nintendo is remakes and ports. The game has alot of PS2 ports and it would just be wasted resources when Nintendo could be making new zelda, new dk, or kid icarus game.

Couldn't care less really...
I'd like it cuz I played OoT for the first time a few years ago on the GC for a few hours and it felt so dated to me I quit playing it. I'd definitely pick up a remake.
Now what would happen if they remade Mario 64....?
It's funny, I have an article from a Nintendo Power my friend sent me a few years ago about ''Super Mario 64-2 coming soon for N64DD!''
How awesome that would've been... It was apparently scrapped and most of the ideas and themes were used to make Super Mario Sunshine or added to the Mario 64 DS version.

Ocarina of Time is already perfect for its time. It does not need to be remade.
